Basic indicator plugin the different monitor plugins can use the represent the data. Bit like the [[http://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-indicator-plugin/|indicator]] plugin, but not over DBus and possibly also the functionality of the [[http://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-genmon-plugin/|genmon]] plugin.
